The H. Pylori Antigen Rapid Test (Colloidal Gold) is IVD rapid test for qualitative detection of H. Pylori antigen in stool ?specimen. This test detects H. Pylori Antigen through visual interpretation of color development on the internal strip. Anti- H. Pylori antibodies are immobilized on the test region of the membrane. During testing, the specimen reacts with anti- H. Pylori antibodies conjugated to colored particles and pre-coated onto the conjugate pad of the test. The mixture then migrates through the membrane by capillary action and interacts with reagents on the membrane. If there is sufficient H. Pylori Antigen in the specimen, a colored band will form at the test region of the membrane. Usage ?(i)Remove the test device from foil pouch by tearing along the notch (ii) Shake the sample collection device several times. (iii) Holding the sample collection device upright, carefully unscrew the tip of collection device. (iv) Squeeze 2-3 drops of the sample solution to the test sample well. (v) Read the test result in 15-20 minutes. Do not read after 20 minutes. Results translation The presence of a colored band indicates a positive result, while its absence indicates a negative result. The appearance of a colored band at the control region serves as a procedural control, indicating that the proper volume of specimen has been added and membrane wicking has occurred.
